Are you an athlete who is fixated on weighing yourself on the scales?
Do you base your success and progress on what the scale says?
Has weighing yourself become an obsession?
In this episode, we sit down and uncover the reality that many athletes experience when it comes to measuring their progress - whether that be for physique change or performance gains. This reality is that many athletes focus on the scale to measure their progress.
The truth is that you very well might be using the scale as your sole measuring tool or the main one when trying to determine if you are getting results and getting “better”. You might be basing your success on what number shows up on the scale. I see this among high level athletes and everyday active individuals. These are things that are not ideal as someone who is wanting to improve and reach your peak potential.
Today we uncover the reasons why just using the scale is NOT good and explore different non-scale progress metrics that you can start using now to empower and better yourself!
