Dr. Chloe Kilman: I will say that there's a special need for memory care facilities in the community, and there's special need for trained caregivers who know how to deal with these patients in particular when they're having say behavioral issues you know, getting lost, unsure of who they are and things like that.
So it's just a really specialized niche and I think there's a big need.
