Listen to your intuition and guidance. Allow the highest and greatest good to arise from within. When you call on your angels and spirit guides you welcome a bubbling up from the heart. As you connect to that part of yourself, truth and understanding filter your experiences. There is a transformation at hand. We are caterpillars in our cocoon, and as we expand outward into consciousness, we go through many layers of transformation, and the beautiful butterfly wings start to unfurl. Honor each moment of learning. Integrate all experiences into the knowledge that is your true Self.

Manifesting from Intention and Tapping on Resistance to Change

Get clear on your intention. Focus on that first and ask for help with manifesting. Sometimes we limit ourselves. When you become clear on your intention, your overall goal for this week, this month, this year, the material manifestation can come from there. The angels and spirit guides, your higher self, the universe can help you to manifest things that maybe you didn't know were possible. So pause for a moment, take a breath in and be willing to release. What's blocking you from becoming your best self? Let's work on clearing that first. And then the flow will be more easeful. If we can release control and trying to make everything just the way we want it, and allow the universe to support us in connecting with our highest and greatest good, then more magic can happen.

Lastly, we tap on fear of change and welcoming growth. (Tapping or Emotional Freedom Technique is a great tool that supports your mind and body in releasing blocks and limiting beliefs as well as creating new associations with positive statements and expansive beliefs.)
