That statement always stuck out to me and resonated with what I know to be true for product development and building sustainable supply chains.
In this episode we cover the common misuse of time in management of product businesses. Having hard deadlines to develop products. Setting unrealistic expectations, trying to ship quickly, etc.
May entrepreneurs and businesses leave money on the table because they try to go too fast. Don't do that. Start earlier, and plan for success.
