Which episode should someone start with?

Over the years our roster of senators has rotated in and out, so if you want to hear our current and longest gathered crew then Episode #12 is a good Start. Otherwise just start from the beginning and hear our show evolve!

Which have been your favourite episodes so far?

Episode #4 was our Mandalorian season 2 finale episode. Some of the senators got emotional over the return of Luke Skywalker. Our annual quiz episodes are my favorites such as episode #51!

Which episode are you most proud of?

Probably episode #53. It was our Star Wars podcast day episode and we got a chance to share some stories from our personal fandom.

What is your vision for your show?

We want our show to be something any Star Wars fan can listen to and just remember how fun Star Wars is and how much fun it is supposed to be sharing it with friends. Podcasts and Youtube channels can be influenced by what gets clicks and listens or what produces revenue. We don't do that. Star Wars is our escape from the real world and we do this for fun. We want to be a breath of fresh air in Star Wars fandom. We don't get caught up in fandom drama.

What is your favourite other podcast that isn't yours?

Personally, I got into listening to podcast because I discovered Chris Hardwicks Nerdist podcast back around 2010. I loved the nature of his casual conversations that got deep. My favorite episodes were when him and his pals did roundtable catch up sessions. We do that at the beginning of our shows but keep it Star Wars related. It gets us to go off on tangients but thats fun. It feels like your at the playground with friends.

How did you come up with the name for your podcast?

We used to be an unnofficial facebook group for another Star Wars podcast. We decided to part ways and dedicate our group to positivity and love for Star Wars. Our name instantly lets you know we wont be screaming or ranting.

Tell us a bit about yourself

My name is Ricky and I am the producer of our show and one of the hosts. I grew up with the OT in the 80s and was competely into the prequels when I they came out in my early 20s. Yes I love Jar Jar. Now that I am an adult in my 40s I love that I have a new trilogy and shows that my daughter can enjoy with me. We are a huge Disney family. The other senator are from around the US and our Chancellor is in the UK. Star Wars brought us all together and we have become like a family!
