In our busy and chaotic lives we often forget to stop, breathe and connect with ourselves. Lucy has had a wild journey from a young age being a rhythmic gymnast and the pressures and stressors that came with that lifestyle that then took her to find yoga, become an instructor and lead a more mindful life. She shares some of her struggles, successes and tips with us so we too can lead a more mindful life.
