Ep. 4: Guitar Virtuoso and Purveyor of "Electric Truth", Andy Timmons

As guitarist for the pop-metal band Danger Danger in the late '80s and early '90s, Andy Timmons toured the world opening for Kiss and Alice Cooper, sold over a million records worldwide, and had two #1 videos on MTV.
What he has done since then speaks to his incredible versatility as a musician, his love for music of just about every style you can think of, and his endless appetite for musical growth, exploration, and evolution.
Among his many gigs over the years, Andy has been Olivia Newton-John's musical director and guitarist, and he has played on sessions and albums by artists as diverse as Kip Winger, Paula Abdul, Paul Stanley, and drumming legend Simon Phillips. He has performed with many of his own guitar heroes, including Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, Eric Johnson, Steve Morse, Mike Stern, Ace Frehley, Ted Nugent, and Pierre Bensusan.
Andy has also become one of the most respected and sought-after clinicians representing Ibanez guitars, touring the world on their behalf.
And, over the years, Andy has released a collection of solo records and projects with his own band that feature his breathtaking guitar playing and keen ear for melody - the newest of which, just out now, is called "Electric Truth".
