Burnout and Chronic Fatigue in Women with Fleur Appleby-Deen

On this episode of The Period Party, Nat & Nicole talk with Dr. Fleur Appleby-Deen MBBS BSc (hons), a Mind Body Medicine Doctor who coaches and advises on prevention and recovery from the effects of stress, burnout and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS).
