Runner's World, Deena Kastor, and How to Choose Between The Things You Love
Doug and I spent last weekend at the Runner's World Half and Festival in Bethlehem, PA. The races, people, and events were a total blast, but what stood out to both of us the most was a lunch chat with Deena Kastor. During that chat she talked about her struggle between juggling a career as an elite runner, and being a mother. In today's episode, we discuss our own struggles between balancing the things we love, and what we can learn from Deena's approach.
