The end of the summer holidays are coming up and if like me you have been running around after everyone else (especially the kids) and have been on a lovely holiday and enjoyed your food and drinks you might be feeling a bit frazzled and sluggish.

I just came back from an 18-day holiday and whilst I didn't eat and drink everything in sight I certainly ate more indulgently and moved less than I normally would.
So I have implemented a reset week. 7 days of no excuses in executing my healthy habits to get me straight back into my routine. In this episode, I explain what that reset week is looking like for me and what my results are so far.

Hey and welcome to the Mum Boss Method Podcast. I hope you are okay and that you are surviving the summer holidays. I am just back from an 18 day holiday myself. We went to France. It was awesome. And part of the thing that I want to talk to you about today is a reset week.
So as I said I was away for 18 days. I was super present. We had loads of fun. I played in the pool with my son and nephews. We went out for a few dinners. We went kayaking. We did amazing things
