When it comes to December it's super easy to just fall in the f*ck bucket. But the reality is that Christmas is just 2 days (3 if you include Christmas Eve and 4 if you include New Years Eve).
Weight loss aside I know I don't want to wake up on 2nd January feeling like an actual Christmas Pudding - I spent many years doing that. My next action would be to jump on the next fad diet in a desperate bid to undo all the "damage" I had done.
So today I am telling you how I approach Christmas and how I encourage my clients to.
