1. Have an impressive homepage:

Who knew that the home page of your business website could have such an impact? It's true, 75% of people will judge the credibility of a business based on its home page design. When first impressions are everything, you've gotta make sure yours is a showstopper.

2. Create Awesome, not boring listings:

In today's market home buyers like to feel empowered and do their research before making a purchase. It's easy to see why, as home buying is a major commitment! In my own experience of renting and owning properties, I always found myself using Google Maps and Street View for an initial assessment of the area - is it safe? Are there any nearby businesses I can walk to for necessities?

3. Hire a photographer:

When it comes to website and property photos, you could take a shoot at it yourself. BUT if you really want to make sure your pictures will be as stunningly beautiful and captivating as the house itself - hire a professional photographer! A real expert with experience in photographing homes and architecture is worth their weight in gold.

4. Create Lead Magnets:

Are you looking to generate more leads? Then what you need is an enticing Lead Magnet. Lead Magnets come in many forms, and for real estate professionals a great option might be creating a guide like "5 Common Mistakes New Homeowners Make" or "The 7 Most Valuable Features of a new home." This will definitely grab the attention of prospective clients and make them want to give up their email address if they want access to your content.

5. Focus on USER Experience

Let's face it: user experience is king! Even if you've got the best property pages in the world, if your site makes it impossible to navigate between them then you're bound for disappointment. Sure, having a beautiful website is important, but investing in user experience and information architecture could go a long way towards success. It might seem counterintuitive at first, but it's worth considering—after all, happy visitors are the key to any successful web page!
