About Melahnie Ake:
Melahni Ake founded Everyday Leaders in 2017 to fill a vision and desire in her heart to help others become better leaders. From her inspirational leadership podcast, leadership consulting company, hosting live events, training, coaching and speaking, she has built a life to serve others. In 2022 she Co-Founded SCALE for Women providing programs and events to accelerate sales confidence and leadership excellence for women leaders. Melahni’s heart to serve supports local Women’s Networking programs in Indiana including Top Floor Women, Association for Women Business Owners and Pass the Torch for Women. As a John Maxwell Leadership Team member, since 2016, she integrates values based leadership principles to improve her life everyday and hosts daily leadership group mentoring at 7:30am everyday on zoom. Melahni believes that there are moments everyday that define your character and she believes God’s purpose for your life is to define those. There is a very clear pathway to follow to become better leaders if we are willing to see it. She swears by three magic words: Courage, Clarity, Consistency. Her strategies are helping people identify gaps for improvement and create systems to become stronger and more confident leaders.
