1) At any given point we are all at a fork in the road . Break down big decisions into smaller, more manageable ones, so it doesn’t cause paralysis. Don’t be daunted by big decisions

2) When you are trying to figure out what you want to do, explore interests that you’ve always had – they may lead to clues to what you might want to do next. Look at the breadcrumbs you may be leaving along your own trail

3) Open up your calendar and look at your week and commitments - look at each and feel in your body what your reaction is. It’s a clue to what you love to do.

4) Sit in stillness and in quiet - with no distractions and ask yourself, “How are you doing? "Where does it hurt"? Ask yourself like you would ask a friend. Be ready for the answers

5) At a certain age there is an assumption that we’ve arrived and everyone assumes you know what you’re doing. We’ve forgotten that anything new requires some adjustment

6) Make a list of your successes - a courage journal – write down 100 successes, however insignificant you may think they are

7) You don’t have to make
