Episode 14: Mastering Modern Midlife Catherine Grace O’Connell
Fear is a contraction of energy that can keep us stuck in our comfort zones. But to get to our future self and what we ultimately aspire to do or become, we have to break out of that comfort zone, which means we have to manage our fear. When you get into a space of fear, you need to confront that fear by asking yourself, "What am I telling myself?" That's the strategy, my guest, Catherine Grace O'Connell, uses when she's facing uncertainty and fear. After overcoming a near-death experience, Catherine changed the narrative of her trauma and fear and became a champion for women living full out and embracing what's possible.
In this episode of the Midlife Career Rebel Podcast, you'll discover...
- Catherine's journey from almost dying to start a movement.
- Why it's important to find your voice and use it.
- How to manage your thoughts and overcome limiting beliefs.
- How to create and step into the future vision of yourself.
- The power of having a community of support as you do the meaningful work you're meant to do in the world.
