When in a conflict situation we tend to use one of five conflict styles, and our default style may not always be the best style to use. Ron Kraybill has been a pioneer in the field of conflict resolution and peace building since the 1970s. Many of you may know him as the creator of Style Matters: The Kraybill Conflict Style Inventory, a widely used training tool that trains leaders and laypeople in conflict management.
