They are joined by Dr. Sarah Kopelovich, a clinical psychologist who specializes in evidence-based treatments for schizophrenia spectrum and other psychotic disorders. The hosts and Dr. Kopelovich discuss the science behind Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based talking therapy that concentrates on how an individual’s thoughts, behaviors, and emotions are connected.
