These three gentlemen have an incredible story of how they founded Dentologie and how they were able to open three beautiful practices in the heart of Chicago.

Varun holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business. In 2013, Varun started a company called Majoreno, a marketplace for homeowners to find contractors. He then moved to P&G to work in emerging markets and eventually for the skincare brand Olay. Following this, Varun moved into marketing at CAA and worked his way up as a senior manager in digital marketing. After spending some time here, he decided to leave his big-name corporate job and move back into the world of entrepreneurship to found a digital marking agency called Spark&Spur which offers strategy, marketing, and growth consulting to some of the biggest cannabis companies in Canada.

the Royal Ontario Museum, the League of Innovators, Caldwell’s Top 40 Under 40 and
Sustainable Development Technology Canada.
Prior to joining OMERS, Mr. Ruffolo was a Partner at Deloitte, and a member of Deloitte’s Board of Directors. Mr. Ruffolo was formerly a partner with Arthur Andersen and has also spent time as an instructor for both the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and York University’s Schulich School of Business, from which he holds a Bachelor of Business Administration.
