Episode-17-Potentially a Podcast Pivot? Let's Discuss How We Can All Be Better Allies For All

In Episode 17 I talk about all things in the world of Will for the last week. Although not 100% on target I think as a podcast evolves I am going to try to go a little bit more in depth on topics each week. Along with recapping the week, This week I discuss a topic that has come up a lot recently in my world. I feel very strongly and deeply about not only speaking up in the workplace, but in everyday life as well. I am well aware of who I am and my background and upbringing and there is nothing I can do to change that except for use who I am to help others in a positive and impactful way. I am sure there are better words to use but as always I am learning and really deeply passionate about serving under-represented and often overlooked Individuals from all walks of life. I don't know the best way to always help but I am definitely on a journey and committed to not only helping when appropriate/needed/wanted etc. but I am definitely listening and always looking to learn!
