Up until two months ago, Leyla had spent the better part of the past decade training for the day where she would finally earn her skull. That is, until earlier this summer when she received a diagnosis of cancer. Listen as she tells her story with humor and authenticity; reminding us how lucky we are to have suffered together and calls upon her death race family to give her the strength to overcome her biggest obstacle yet.

Took advantage of the long weekend to drive out to Snoqualmie Mountain Range and run up Zig Zag Trail in Olallie State Park. It was straight up and it definitely zigged and zagged!
