In this episode, Kirk & Kurtts have the incredible honor of chatting with Lisa Laird-Dunn, COO of Laird & Company, America's OLDEST distillery - makers of the famous Applejack. Recipe:

Laird & Company

AppleJack Brandy Sour

2 oz AppleJack Brandy

3/4oz Simple syrup

3/4oz. Lemon Juice

Egg white

Shake dry

Add ice. Shake again. Strain. Drink.
