Non traditional families. This is basically a family that is NOT made up of a married male and female and a child or children. If you are someone who wants to have children, but doesn’t necessarily fall into the traditional category, there are ways to make it happen. For our purposes here, we are talking about same sex parenting, specifically a lesbian married couple who decided to use a sperm donor and IVF to make their parenting dreams happen. Our guests are Joanna and Amber from Raleigh, NC. They were extremely gracious and forthcoming in sharing their story and experiences. Our hope is that you can learn from their experience if you are considering a similar path. For more from juna, visit juna.co or check out the Juna App for Pregnancy and Postpartum.
