The post-Millennial generation is either Generation Z or Generation Alpha -- I think it's Z and no one is really talking about them yet. And then there is the newer cohort born in the last decade or so that is Generation Z or Alpha. Whatever the rising generation is called, you will hear from two of them in this episode as they act as guest hosts. They are my sons and oh how I love these little men. The future is bright.

I told them they could record for 10 minutes and said they could talk about what they would do if they had their own podcast.
