Tom’s story began when he ran away from home to join the theatre!
Since then it has been an eclectic life as a classical actor, West End
performer, opera singer, entrepreneur, behavioural strategist and storyteller,
and now a leading mentor, coach in the area of Conscious Leadership.
As a writer, Tom explores what he calls “the space between what we make
things mean”.
Through his writing, coaching and speaking Tom helps extraordinary people
whose lives have lost meaning and purpose, rise like Phoenix to extraordinary
new heights.
Tom understands the truths of how we human beings really work,
exceptionally well. He has been entertaining, training, coaching, writing and
speaking professionally for over four decades.
In 2008 Tom reached to summit of his material ambitions havin built up and
then sold a multi-million pound marketing agency, only to discover that when
he had all those things in the world that are meant to being us hppiness and
fulfillment, left him not wanting to be in the world at all.
Having survived addiction, prison and time in a secure mental hospital Tom’s
purpose now is to deepen his own awakening by helping others deepen
theirs.
Core to his work as a coach and mentor is helping high achievers in the world
of business, media, arts and entertainment whose life have lost all meaning
and purpose.
Though his Phoenix Rising programs he helps these extraordinary people rise
to extraordinary new height. An important part of this is inspiring them to use
their talents to help others do the same.
