The Inspiring Talk

“You are an average of the five people you spend the most time with.” -Jim Rohn

You might have heard this zillion times already but this is so real. You cannot take a leap in your life by surrounding yourself by criticizers, losers and complainers.

The fastest way to move forward is by making friends with people who have already gone through what you are going through right now. Learn from their mistakes and their experience. By doing so you not only develop a greater sense of confidence but also avoid those mistakes and save a lot of time.

Most successful people even Tim Ferris or Indra Nooyi have their inner circle of people whom they can tap into and learn and help each other.

If you don't have someone who is encouraging and uplifting enough in your circle, find someone who can fire you up and inspire you every single day. You can find them on Facebook Groups, Events or in Community.

The Art of Storytelling with Mehak Mirza Prabhu: TIT47

Mehak Mirza Prabhu's story is one of the most powerful stories that I have came across in the recent past. Being born on simple Maharastrian family, Mehak was living her life as a very protected child till she reached the age of 19. Her life took crazy turn as series of events happened in her life from losing her entire family to a brutal car accident to going through depression after separation with her husband at the age of 30. Mehak fought through all this to gift this world with something that she always had within herself, the art of storytelling. She is an amazing writer and storyteller who captivates her audience with the blend of her unique style of storytelling and dramatic twists on stories. Some of her stories has went viral on social medias. Some Question I ask Mehak:

  • What is so liberating about sharing stories with other people?
  • What is that one dream that you are passionate about achieving today?
  • Why do you think that we find the best in us in toughest situations of our life?
  • How do you practice those stories?
