Justin Wilkins is slowly and steadily building up his own portfolio, but his main focus is on his property sourcing business, where he’s on track to hit 100 deals this year. Some of them he keeps for himself, some he quickly flips on without doing any work to them, and others he sources for his investor clients.
Regardless of who ends up buying the deals he sources, they need to make sense financially, so to be able to do this volume is a real skill that I think we could all benefit from. And that’s exactly what we’re talking about today with Justin - what works best for him when it comes to sourcing deals at scale that we can apply to our own, probably more modest, deal sourcing targets.
