The Impulsive Thinker

This podcast only came to a reality because I did this project differently. This podcast almost came to the usual ADHD demise of being dropped because of our negative self-talk and rumination. This time I reached out to people to discuss the project and they became my accountability partners and cheerleaders. Who keeps you accountable? Who cheers you on?

Check out the ADHD Transform Journey Program that is now available.
