I hear this statement so often, "anxiety is just something that i have to live with", and honestly i have to bite my tongue because i know its not true & plus, id be there for the next 30 minutes explaining to them why! And that would only be the tip of the iceberg!
In this podcast i discuss what anxiety is and why the above statement is false. There is a misconception about the word "Anxiety". It is seen as negative and heavy. Don't get me wrong, when you are in the thick of it, it feels anything but positive, however, with the right awareness and the right tools, anxiety can be the warning system to navigate your whole life.
