We also discuss how to Make sure you stick to what you're good at and become known for it so you can attract better clients and leverage your skills to make more money. Stick to your niche and don't stray from it unless you're growing. Project managers need to rely on their gut to avoid walking away from a job. - The Home Building and Remodeling show is aimed at helping you learn and grow in the home building and remodeling industry. Chris will share best practices and discuss some of his experiences in the industry. First, go with your gut when hiring. Listen for how people speak and watch their body language when hiring.
