They discuss Filip Král’s recent surge that earned him Player of the Week honors and celebrate a delayed goal by Rochester Americans rookie sensation Jack Quinn. The crew also welcome Eric Staal back to the AHL with a bang.

Then, they reflect on Willie O’Ree’s trailblazing in the hockey world and his exemplary character as an ambassador for the game following his jersey retirement ceremony.

Quinn’s goals – four of them to be exact – still weren’t enough to pull his Americans away from falling into our “Oof of the Week,” and the crew discuss the once star-studded Americans now struggling through a competitive North Division.
