Can Ear Seeds Help Treat Anxiety and Clear Your Skin? Auricle’s Elle Halliwell Explains How They Work
10/17/21 • 38 min
Welcome to The Green Edit, your go-to destination for green, high-performance beauty.
Host, Cathy Tolpigin is an organic makeup artist, founder and curator of The Green Edit, a digital media platform, event series and podcast that shines a light on the best in clean, sustainable, cruelty-free beauty and lifestyle brands and products.
Today’s guest Elle Halliwell is the founder of Auricle Ear Seeds. Elle is also an Australian journalist, speaker and author whose mission is to inspire others to live their best lives.
Health and wellbeing have always been a passion of Elle’s and in recent years she has become a certified Orucula-therapist and naturopath
Elle was inspired to launch Auricle Ear Seeds from her own health journey after receiving a chronic blood cancer diagnosis in 2016. The diagnosis, which coincided with the conception of her first child, sparked a desire to discover the mechanisms behind the body's incredible ability for self-healing.
This search eventually led Elle to acupressure; a gentle, non-invasive therapy to assist in the management of stress and anxiety, and to provide relief from pain, reduce cravings, regulate metabolism, improve sleep and reduce inflammation.
Having worn Elle’s chic ears seeds myself, I can attest that they are the ultimate on trend beauty accessory with benefits.

Joining us today is Allie Rooke founder of Clean Beauty Asia via a fireside chat held for members of The Green Edit community. The audio isn’t perfect as it was a group chat, however the content was too good not to share.

Her focus is helping brands gain the knowledge, confidence, strategies and cultural insights to navigate and utilise the business opportunities that are currently available in Asia.
Allie is passionate about clean beauty, she studied Chinese at university and then spent nearly a decade living and working in Asia for luxury brands such as Burberry, L'Oréal and Chanel before setting up her consultancy Clean Beauty Asia.
