In the first of our Autumn International special shows with Amazon Prime, Alex and Mike select a team of the week from the latest round of fixtures. As you can imagine, there wasn't a lot of agreement between the pair!

The Rugby World Cup is underway, so Tins managed to get us a meeting with the Patrons of the WRU, RFU & SRU at Windsor Castle. Hask & Alex can't believe their luck at being invited along to have tea with Tins' mother-in-law & The Prince & Princess of Wales.

In a bonus episode of the pod, Alex and Tinds visit Aberdare Rugby Club, where they're joined by Wales and Lions prop Wyn Jones, Wales Women's scrum-half Ffion Lewis and former Wales international – and current strength and conditioning coach – Huw Bennett.
