In episode eight, we discuss the mind. The mind is defined as "the element of a person that enables them to be aware of the world and their experiences, to think, and to feel: the faculty of consciousness and thought." There are many theories that the mind does not reside in the body. What do you believe? With everything we've discussed leading up to this episode, I think we can conclude that a lot, if not all, of our actions start with the mind. They usually also end in the mind with long lasting memories of experience. Has what you define The Golden Rule as been reshaped or refined in your mind during our discussions together?
