Shelly is a self-professed yoga and coffee snob that loves to help people! She's lived in Helsinki, Finland for 27 years, has raised a child there and her claim to fame is that she brought the coffee-to-go concept to Finland.

Her goal as a life and travel coach is to empower people that are stuck in autopilot to take action to kick-start the transformations that they want to make. These changes can be to their lives or in their careers.⁣ She aims to encourage and support others in finding themselves and making concrete plans for how they can make changes.⁣
