But the daily planning and tracking for Nutrition, Vitamins, Hydration, Fitness, Medical Follow-Up, Mental Health, and Sleep...can become overwhelming, and maybe a little bit discouraging.
It’s time for a Fresh Approach if...
You’re struggling with regain or a plateau, and looking for new inspiration and motivation
You’ve been worrying about maintaining your weight, and hoping for fresh encouragement.

Each day, over the next 7 days (this challenge runs from March 20 - 26, 2018) you'll receive an email with a link to the Podcast where I'll talk about..
- One bariatric surgery guideline, and I'll share information on WHY this guideline is fundamental to your long-term health.
- And we'll focus on one essential component for wholehearted living, along with information on WHY it's important.
- I'll ask you to set a GOAL related to each.
- I'll ask you to get clear on WHY you want to achieve your goals {insight}.
- I'll ask you HOW you'll achieve your goals {actions}.
But it's not enough just to think about your GOALS.
For best results, you've got to write them down.
For BETTER RESULTS, I'm asking you to post your GOALS, WHY & HOW in the Fresh Approach Facebook group.

The American Society of Training and Development did a study on accountability and found the following statistics.
You have the probability of completing a goal if...
You have an idea or a goal: 10%
You consciously decide you will do it: 25%
You decide when you will do it: 40%
You plan how you will do it: 50%
You commit to someone you will do it: 65%
You have a specific accountability appointment with a person you’ve committed to: 95%
But of course I want you to be comfortable posting too - so if you'd prefer to post part of your challenge or even post a picture of yourself following through with the challenge...you're still making a HUGE commitment and setting yourself up for RESULTS.
INSIGHT + ACTION = RESULTS
And I'll have some other suggestions on how you can "accountability post" in the group with the different challenges, coming up in the Podcasts!
