The need for positive role models is an important part of childhood development. This week I speak to Certified Pediatric Ninja Specialist Tim Flynn, founder of Kato Karate about his program that is using martial arts combined with early childhood development programs to help kids grow into a well balanced mindset and help parents connect better to their children. Tim is effectively the poster child of a "good guy" and gives his insights into how you might better connect to your own kids. Tim also opens up about what it was like to grow up bullied and going on to find one's life's passion.
