Introduction:
A quick hello and right into the nonsense.
Main Show:
Sarah’s W.I.N’s:
We discuss the 8 amazing secrets of avocados. Peter and I mock most of them due to the vagueness of the article. We also discuss Gary’s issue with this fruit!
Is decision fatigue a real thing? We discuss what this is and how to combat it.
Peter’s W.I.N’s:
Peter is mad at an article that promotes exercise for “old, frail” people. We believe that even older people can lift heavy things and should.
A new study showed the strength training alone could help burn fat. A reminder that body composition matters more than the number on the scale!
Gary’s W.I.N’s:
A woman wrote an article celebrating that she spends $725/mo on lawn care, home cleaning, and 3 days/week of prepaid meals. Gary disputes this article and does some math to show how this is a bad idea in most cases.
China has severely limited the hours/week that kids under 18 are allowed to game. Gary loves the idea behind it while noting that he does not want our government doing the same thing. We discuss kids and the detriments of gaming.
Fan Feedback:
Denise leaves some constructive feedback for the team. She also thinks that Gary talks too much!
