The Faeries of Birchover Wood - Book 1 - The Bad

Solomon continues his journey through Birchover Wood. All mythical creatures and woodland animals have scattered to lay traps for the Bad. Caitlin, Zeal and Balamore on the orders of Elder Swallowtail fly off to fight the Bad. The dragons fly in the sky tracking the monster. Time is running out as every minute passes by, the Bad grows stronger.

Cowl Monkshood has abducted Solomon. The faery pushes the young boy through a series of tunnels, which leads them to a huge chamber. Solomon meets the monster that Cowl Monkshood faithfully worships. The Bad. It takes over Solomon and gives Cowl Monkshood a surprise. Back in the wood the woodland creatures have all gathered around the tree, waiting for the monster to escape. It's not too long before the bad shows itself, and everything can see that Solomon has been completely taken over. Immediately the battle to try and save Solomon begins. - Authors Note: Terribly sorry for the long wait. I had been suffering from pneumonia, which just took everything out of me. Sorry!

The Bad finally reaches the village of Birchover. There waiting are the five dragons and other mythical creatures. Immediately, the battle starts. Dragons pour hot fireballs onto the Bad, and it sends ice spears and energy bolts at the dragons. Then Autumn Brown Leaf appears carrying Solomon's parents. They call out to their son to try to reason with him. To try and stop him from destroying everything.
