Back by demand, I provide additional details to what led to my personal spontaneous Golden Kundalini Awakening. While I mentioned having two glasses of wine on the evening of my Kundalini Awakening, this isn't necessary; have a hot tea, or whatever it is that makes you feel more relaxed. Just be sure to maintain positive vibes throughout the evening and really listen to the messages related in the two short films listed below (#2 and #3). This is the order I watched these films, if you want to do exactly what I did:
1/ Pillow Talk (1959)
2/ Be Here Now, Awakening in the Moment by Ram Dass
3/ Jyoti - Walk On: A Revelation on the Journey of Life
Please be sure to tell your friends and family about the podcast and leave a review wherever you're listening, it keeps me motivated to put in all the time and effort needed to create these episodes. Mahalo :)
