We have an opportunity to sit with that pain and that discomfort all the way, and let it impact us. We can start online by reading women's stories, and we can speak with candor and vulnerability to those we love, those we've hurt, and those we want to protect. We can take responsibility and we can work for change, but first of all it starts with feeling the impact of whats real.
