Bonus Episode: Calling In Courage Guided Meditation

When we think of courage, we often mate it with fear. Why not, in order to overcome fear, we must use courage right? The answer to that question is a resounding yes, however, we can call upon courage when we are not fearful. When we need to accomplish a task, deal with a situation, or overcome a mental, physical or emotional block, we often find ourselves summoning the energy to do so. This energy to move forward is also called drive, motivation and courage.
Drive, motivation and courage stems from our 3rd Energy center, also known as the 3rd Chakra, or Solar Plexus. This power center is located just below where your sternum gives way to the soft flesh of your belly. What many find interesting is that this chakra deals with self-worth and personal power. With that said, you can be free of fear, but suffer from a lack of courage to accomplish, grow and thrive due to a negative image of ourselves. Therefore, when we are in need of courage, what we need is some good old fashion self-worth.
This guided meditation is designed to allow you to tap into your Solar Plexus and re-ignite the flame of self-worth and personal power. This meditation will utilize a basic breathing technique, body alignment, visualization and mantras.
The two mantras that we will recite are, “I am radiating with power.” And “I am filled with love.”
