Welcome to 110 of The Dumb Leaders Podcast. Recently on the ABC here in Australia, i listened to an academic speak to recent research on how trust is low when it comes to government authorities. The decline of trust has largely been accelerated through the pandemic and the confused and ambiguous messaging around it. The narratives being portrayed in the media, the hard-to-find statistics, the agendas of the political parties and the human collateral that is hurting in so many areas.
And here is the mindblown news flash. We have always been distrusting of the government. Its now more visible than ever.
