Getting Out of Your Own Way: Finding Discipline.

When working toward anything, a goal, a life shift or just a healthier way of existence, at times we all get in our own way. Those moments where we veer off track or start back in the cycle that we are trying to break, are where true growth and awareness can be cultivated.
This journey has no destination. There can be joy and ease when we stop giving ourselves permission to not show up, and decide what we want our inner and outer landscape to truly look and feel like. Ultimately, we are in control. Nothing outside of us has the power to change that.
Removing the old narrative while assessing who you are and where you want to be can sometimes seem daunting. Taking small steps, while holding yourself accountable, instills a stronger version of self and is a true practice toward staying on track and building that strong foundation. A foundation which allows you to continue building and growing a more joyful existence. Stop working toward a thing and start working toward how you want to feel. Prepare your mind for what that looks like and true change can be sustained.

We start to move different, feel different, look different, speak different and begin to live with more grace.
You have everything you need. The time is now to clean out and strengthen your mind, your nervous system and energy as a whole. It's time you integrate all that you have gathered.
