2020: New Reality Embodied

In this episode we’re shattering paradigms 🔥 Moving into this new year and new decade embodying the happiest, healthiest, highest version of yourself. Integrating all that you have gathered over this last year and decade; all the knowledge, all lessons, all experiences.
It's a new age, a time of realization, a great time to be alive ! We will no longer be seeking outside of ourselves, knowing we have everything we need inside. We will begin to create new inner experiences that allow us to experience and embody the knowledge we have gained over the years.
The root of our discussion talks about the masculine and feminine energies and how balancing the two is vital toward making changes. We also discuss how the key to embodying the change we desire, involves clearing out our subconsious mind, where all of our patterns, limiting beliefs, habits and old narratives come from. THIS is how we embody a New Reality. It's all about energy. Creating new inner experiences changes our psychomagnetic field; we feel it, we embody it, we become it, we begin to actually experience the knowledge and thats something that stays with us forever. We start to move different, feel different, look different, speak different and begin to live with more grace.
You have everything you need. The time is now to clean out and strengthen your mind, your nervous system and energy as a whole. It's time you integrate all that you have gathered.
