Imagine the sea foam smashing against the bow of your ship, speckles of ocean water hitting your face. You look up, and there's an island of beautiful women just waiting to welcome you, or men, if you prefer, though that's not how this story goes, and you disembark onto the beach to spend what you think is a few months, at most a year, but then... you realize either you're really bad at math, or something fishy is going on. I'm Tanner Campbell, and this is the Dictionary of Mythology and Folklore's entry for "Bran."
