He is currently the COO of Diamond Standard, and served as COO and CFO of Quanterra Capital Management, a Denver-based investment partnership from 2018-2020. He was the SVP of Finance at Tsunami XR from 2016-2018, the COO and SVP of Corporate Development at Mode Media, and from 2015-2016, and was the SVP of Corporate Development, CFO and Principal Accounting Officer at Viggle, Inc (Nasdaq: VGGL) from 2011-2015.Prior to his operational roles, Mr. Small gained 20 years of experience in investment management and research at GLG Partners, Dillon Reed, Morgan Stanley, Ulysses Management, and Odyssey Partners. Mr. Small joined GLG Partners in 2000, as a Senior Asset Manager responsible for Tech, Media, Telecom, and Renewable Energy investments for the GLG North American Opportunity Fund and was President of GLG’s North American operations, from 2002-2011.Mr. Small was also formerly a Director at Loyalty Alliance, PayEase, INFINIA Corp, ViSole, New Millennium Solar Equipment, ShortList Media, DraftDay Inc, and Spinvox.
