"Resentment is a very heavy energy. Very rigid. Toxic. It’s hard to feel happy when we are carrying the weight of resentment. And whether we realize it or not, it takes a lot more energy to hold on to that resentment than to forgive. And when we hold on to something so toxic, it pollutes our system and can end up damaging us on the physical, emotional, and mental levels."

Healing artist and Reiki Master Britt Michaelian sends healing energy and shares thoughts on forgiveness as a healing practice before leading a guided meditation in this episode of The Daily Healing podcast.
