Broadcast News (1987), directed by James L. Brooks, was a genuinely great movie. If you were looking for an episode where we don't completely hate the outcome, this is the one. Also, this is a special episode because it's more of a Joan Cusack episode than a John one. Joan was extremely cute in 1987, I'll say it.
