About Marc Rutzen:
Marc brings over 12 years of real estate and technology experience to his role as Co-Founder & CEO of HelloData. He worked in real estate for 5 years before launching multifamily predictive analytics startup Enodo, which he sold to Walker & Dunlop (NYSE: WD) in 2019. From there he rose to Chief Product Officer and built technology that reduced W&D’s underwriting times by over 30% before returning to the startup world to launch HelloData in 2023.
Marc received his Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, and is a licensed managing broker in Illinois. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, running, and spending time with his wife and 4 children.

About Carrie Bobb:
Carrie is a placemaker for mixed-use developments where she curates a sense of place and drives value vertically for an asset through retail leasing and merchandising. During her 20+ year career in commercial real estate, Carrie has negotiated over $2 billion in transactions.
Prior to joining Foundry, Carrie was the founder of Carrie Bobb & Co. and co-founder of hellojenny. Carrie Bobb & Co specialized in mixed-use developments and evoking emotion through retail leasing. Hellojenny develops digital strategies for commercial real estate by aligning the social media strategy of an asset with the leasing strategy.
Prior to starting her own companies, Carrie had been with CBRE in San Diego for 15 years where she worked on projects out of the ground such as One Paseo, The Village at Pacific Highlands Ranch, Pacific Gate, Flower Hill Promenade (re-development), Encinitas Village (re-development) and several others.
Carrie has completed transactions with retailers such as Sephora, Blue Bottle Coffee, lululemon, Cinepolis, SoulCycle, Fox Restaurant Concepts, Salt & Straw, drybar and several others. She has represented landlords including Kilroy Realty, IQHQ, Bosa Development, Asana Partners, Protea Properties, Heitman, Regency Centers, as well as many others.
About Bettina Hunt:
Bettina Hunt, CCIM, CPM is a senior vice president of Leasing with American Healthcare Reit. Formerly, she was an SVP at Colliers, a member of the Arizona Healthcare Team and a national Colliers Healthcare Fellow, specializing in healthcare real estate including tenant representation, landlord representation, owner user sales and investment sales.
Bettina is an accomplished real estate broker with more than 24 years of experience with two decades of specializing in healthcare real estate. She is passionate about her commitment to helping others, which she demonstrates through her thorough, prompt review and recommendations on every transaction with every client.

About Nick Terry:
Nick is the managing partner of Rifle CRE with over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, including more than 3 million square feet of development, construction, and brokerage. Before founding Rifle CRE in 2020, he served as Vice President at NAI Partners and started his career with Caldwell Companies, building strong industry relationships.
Active in his community, Nick is a Deacon at United City Church, past president of the Houston A&M club, and an alum of Leadership North Houston. He’s also passionate about connecting with others, sharing interests in family, skiing, Texas A&M, and finding the best local coffee spots.
Beyond Rifle CRE, Nick co-owns a residential real estate brand and a commercial construction company focused on office and industrial interiors. He holds a Texas Real Estate Broker’s license, a Master Peace Officer license, and is a licensed Foster Parent. Nick earned the CCIM designation in 2019, the Masters in Commercial Property designation, and achieved the SIOR and IREM CPM certifications in 2024, reflecting his broad expertise in commercial and investment real estate.
