About Laurence Bergman:
Laurence Bergman, a founding member of NAI Bergman, is a licensed real estate broker in Ohio, Kentucky, and Georgia. Larry oversees business and client development, NAI Bergman licensee supervision, acquisition / disposition representation, and engages in transactional activity.
Larry is a consistent award winner in Commercial Real Estate. In 2014, he was selected by the Midwest Real Estate News Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame. He was also awarded NAI Global’s President’s Award – Eastern US Markets. The President’s Award recognizes leadership, teamwork and business generation. Out of 400 NAI Global affiliates, NAI Bergman was nominated for company of the year and was recipient of The Eagle Award – Major Markets – US. Larry has been consistently recognized with multiple industry awards, including multiple Crexi Platinum Awards, and was also recognized by the Cincinnati Business Courier as a Top 10 Commercial Real Estate broker. Through Larry’s community efforts, NAI Bergman was selected as the 2012 Blue Ash Business Advocate of the Year.
Larry has a broad range of commercial real estate experience and his knowledge is extensive. He repeatedly proves worthy to those he comes in contact with. Beyond brokering transactions, Larry is a principal in a real estate development and investment business. He served as Chairman of the Greater Cincinnati Commercial Real Estate Council and has also served on the Lands Commission in the United States Federal Courts.
About Michael Bergman:
At NAI Bergman, Michael Bergman has wide-ranging experience, including retail, industrial, office, land and development transactions as well as tenant and owner representation. In addition, Michael provides receiver services for NAI Bergman. Published in several areas, he is the co-author of The Brokers Manual, a guide to tenant representation.
An attorney by training, and admitted to practice in Arizona, Michael has been involved in commercial real estate for over a decade in both Georgia and Ohio. Michael represents national shopping center owners, international retailers, large office owners, and office tenants. He has worked closely in numerous complex transactions that have proved successful.
Currently, on the brokerage side, Michael is engaged in work involving student housing developers, national senior housing groups, regional breweries and restaurant groups, and several REIT’s. Additionally, he has been working closely as Receiver with NAI Bergman’s Management Team to stabilize several properties and optimize them for future ownership.

About Sean Burton:
Sean Burton has been with Cityview, a vertically integrated multifamily investment management and development firm, since 2003. Prior to joining Cityview, Sean was vice president of corporate business development and strategy at Warner Bros. Before that, he was an attorney in the real estate and corporate groups at O’Melveny & Myers, LLP and also served in the White House during the Clinton Administration.
In 2022, Burton was appointed by President Biden and confirmed by the U.S. Senate as the federal nominee on the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority Board of Directors, which oversees Washington Dulles and Reagan National airports. He also serves as co-chair of the Los Angeles Coalition, a coalition of business leaders for the economy and jobs in LA. From 2013 to 2021, Sean served as President of the Board of Airport Commissioners which oversees the LAX and Van Nuys airports. Sean holds a B.A. from the University of California, Irvine and a JD from New York University School of Law.

About Marc Rutzen:
Marc brings over 12 years of real estate and technology experience to his role as Co-Founder & CEO of HelloData. He worked in real estate for 5 years before launching multifamily predictive analytics startup Enodo, which he sold to Walker & Dunlop (NYSE: WD) in 2019. From there he rose to Chief Product Officer and built technology that reduced W&D’s underwriting times by over 30% before returning to the startup world to launch HelloData in 2023.
Marc received his Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, and is a licensed managing broker in Illinois. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, running, and spending time with his wife and 4 children.

About Deena Zimmerman:
Deena Zimmerman is an award-winning broker with nearly twenty years of industry experience. Known as a star tenant rep, she is sought after by national brands, multi-unit franchisees, and even first-time entrepreneurs nationwide for site selection rollouts across both Chicagoland and the entire country.

About Bob Knakal:
Bob Knakal currently serves as the Head of JLL's New York Private Capital Group.
Bob was Chairman and Founding Partner of Massey Knakal Realty Services, New York's #1 building sales firm. He started his real estate career in 1984 at CB Richard Ellis, where he met Paul J. Massey Jr. They both left CB in 1988 to form Massey Knakal.
From 1988 through 2014, Massey Knakal closed over 6,000 transactions with an aggregate value above $23 billion. To date, Bob has been personally responsible for selling over 2,000 buildings (generally considered the highest total ever for a single broker in New York) and over $18 billion in sales.
In 2014, Cushman & Wakefield acquired Massey Knakal. At Cushman & Wakefield, Bob acted as Chairman of New York Investment Sales. He was ranked the top originating investment sales broker at Cushman & Wakefield globally in 2014, 2015, and 2016. Bob joined JLL in September 2018.
Since 2009, Bob has written a weekly column on the New York City real estate market called Concrete Thoughts for the Commercial Observer.
